Endemol Shine Studios is looking to Guy Ritchie and Lionel Wigram for its next scripted series.

The scripted division of Endemol Shine North America has signed the duo's Ritchie/Wigram Productions banner to a multiple-year overall deal, the company announced Wednesday.

Under the pact, the company will focus on developing original scripted franchises for the global TV marketplace. The deal marks the first exclusive TV pact for the pair under their production banner. Ritchie and Wigram previously had a TV deal under their overall pact with Warner Bros., which also encompassed film.

Under the Endemol deal, Ritchie will direct and Wigram will write TV projects, in addition to executive producing. The company's Jeff Ludwig and Ivan Atkinson will oversee acquisition and development of new projects out of their offices in Los Angeles and London, respectively.

“Guy and Lionel’s brand is undeniable for this new global marketplace,” said Endemol Shine Studios’ Sharon Hall. “We have already identified projects that extend that brand into TV with the same smarts and swagger they are well known for.”

Ritchie/Wigram's upcoming features include King Arthur — The Legend of the Sword, which is due in March. Their credits include the Sherlock Holmes features as well as The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Ritchie/Wigram Productions is repped by CAA.
