'Happy Endings': Penny and Dave Have Some Odd Ideas for Holiday Gifts (Exclusive Video)
In an exclusive clip to THR from Tuesday's Christmas episode, the two friends get into holiday mode with antique fans, jams and a book on Iraq?
Penny, a kick-ass gift-giver? Dave, the Gift Whisperer?
Happy Endings takes a trip down Christmas lane on Tuesday's all-new episode, "No-Ho-Ho," and the two friends have a tete-a-tete about holiday cheer.
In an exclusive clip to The Hollywood Reporter, Penny (Casey Wilson) -- who even admitted to not being the "best" giver of presents in the past -- offers Dave (Zachary Knighton) three choices of "quality" gifts she's proposing to give to new steady boyfriend Pete (guest star Nick Zano). They are, to be fair, quite unique: one idea is a book on Iraq. The other two are even more random. Oh Penny.

Meanwhile, Dave showcases his (self-proclaimed) awesome talent of being the Gift Whisperer (following a failed run at being the Horse Whisperer Whisperer), which turns out to maybe be true -- as Penny discovers. One requirement to being said Gift Whisperer? Whispering. A lot.
The Christmas episode will be made available on ABC's Catch Up online destination and the ABC Player app immediately following its west coast airing.
Other shows, including previous seasons, that will be made available on both platforms include Castle, Grey's Anatomy, Once Upon a Time, Revenge and Scandal, along with new fare Nashville and The Neighbors.
Happy Endings airs 9 p.m. Tuesdays on ABC.
