'Helix': The Benefits of Immortality Revealed (Exclusive Video)
Walker and Jordan bask in the glory of their new world in a first-look clip from the penultimate episode of the Syfy drama.
Syfy's Helix is continuing to up the ante after its major immortality reveal.
After Walker's (Kyra Zagorsky) blood helped to save Jordan's (Jordan Hayes) life and cure her cancer, the duo are rapidly adjusting to their new and energized lives.
In an exclusive clip from Friday's penultimate episode of the season, Jordan continues to wrap her head around the events that have transpired -- and the next thousand years of her life.
The benefits: Never having to have a cold again and looking like she's 26 years old -- forever. "Seriously, that's how this works?!" she tells Walker, who reveals that Hatake (Hiroyuki Sanada) was born in 1501 -- making him 513 years old.
Meanwhile, the future of Helix has yet to be determined as a second-season renewal has not yet been announced.
"We have some ideas for season two," exec producer Ron Moore told THR. "Before the show was sold, we had some conceptual ideas about what the second season would be. We do have a place to start from."
