'18 to Life' Alum to Play Gypsy Witch-Prostitute on Netflix's 'Hemlock Grove' (Exclusive)
Tiio Horn will recur in the horror series based on Brian McGreevy's novel.
Netflix's original drama Hemlock Grove is adding to its cast.
18 to Life's Tiio Horn has joined the horror series based on the book of the same name by Brian McGreevy, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
Hemlock is described as a murder-monster-mystery set in a Pennsylvania steel town that starts with the discovery of a young girl's body found mangled in the shadow of the former Godfrey steel mill.

Horn will play Destina Rumaneck, a Gypsy witch-prostitute whose confidence games are a mask for dark supernatural abilities in the series that stars Framke Janssen, Dougray Scott, Bill Skarsgard, Landon Liboiron, Penelope Mitchell, Freya Tingley and Lili Taylor.
While some suspect an escapee from a biotech facility owned by the former steel magnates, others feel it could be Peter (Terra Nova's Liboiron), a 17-year-old Gypsy kid from the wrong side of the tracks who tells his pals that he's a werewolf.
Other potential suspects include Roman (Skarsgard), the Godfrey scion whose sister Shelley is deformed and whose mother Olivia (Janssen) is the controlling grand dame of Hemlock Grove.

Horn, whose credits also include stints on Alphas and Being Human, is repped by Magnolia Entertainment, Greene & Associates and ART.
