'Jersey Shore': MTV to Air Season 4 Marathon Ahead of Season 5 Premiere
The GTL-a-thon will kick off at 9:30 a.m. ET/PT on Thursday, Jan. 5.
The Jersey Shore is heading back to Italy.
MTV will air season four of the hit reality series in its entirety, during a Jan. 5 marathon ahead of the season five premiere. The festivities are set to kick off at 9:30 a.m. ET/PT, with the brand new episode scheduled for 10 p.m.
Throughout the marathon, MTV will show sneak peeks at several scenes for the new season. The cast will be on-hand to host a series of wraps beginning at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT.
The crew was most recently seen leaving Florence, Italy during the season 4 premiere. Season 5 will see Snooki, Pauly D and the rest of the gang as they become re-adjusted to their old stomping grounds of Seaside Heights, New Jersey.
Jersey Shore averaged a 6.96 rating among viewers 12-34 during its fourth season and was ranked TV’s No. 1 series among viewers in the same age bracket. The show remains MTV’s No. 1 series of all time and is executive produced by SallyAnn Salsano.
