Jon Stewart's Daily Show departure just became a bit more real.

He told audiences during Monday's installment of the Comedy Central series that his last episode will air Aug. 6, 2015.

"I will be wearing a suit; I will more than likely be showered," he told the crowd, who moaned at the idea of his departure. He responded with: "I'm sorry — I'll be wearing overalls, and I won't shower."

The host also informed viewers that they can win tickets to watch the final episode tape live by going to omaze.com/dailyshow.

Stewart is set to be replaced by Trevor Noah, whose premiere date has not yet been announced. Stewart stated Feb. 10 on the show that he would step down as host after more than 16 years behind the desk.

He recently told The Guardian that he was "not getting the same satisfaction" lately from doing the show and had not been excited about the prospect of covering another presidential election.

Stewart's message can be seen below.
