Kathy Griffin's Bravo Talk Show Gets April Premiere Date (Video)
The Emmy-winning reality star, comedian, and actress joins late night with "Kathy."

The Emmy-winning reality star, comedian and actress joins the competitive world of nighttime talks shows with her new weekly Bravo pop culture show, Kathy, on April 19 at 10 p.m.
“Look, I've called Academy Award winners a-holes and shown the world my awesome 51 year-old boobs,” Griffin says in a release to press. “So I asked myself, ‘What else is there to do?’ ”
“I'm a true original,” she continues. “A snowflake! Time for a talk show, of course! So I called Bravo and clearly, they wanted to see pop culture get bent over by me, so here we go! It WILL hurt, America, but in a good way, I promise. Weeee!!!!”

Every Thursday, Griffin will discuss the latest news and celebrity gossip, and share her unique stories in front of a studio audience. Bravo promises, “She'll be burning the last of her already very few bridges.”
Griffin has 13 Bravo comedy specials under her belt, which earned her two Emmy nominations. She has also won two Emmys for her reality series, Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D List. In addition, she has nabbed four Grammy nominations for her comedy albums.
Embassy Row produces Kathy for Bravo. Griffin and Michael Davies serve as executive producers with co-executive producers Eric Leiderman and Kay O’Connell.
