Keyshia Cole Returns to BET for New Series

BET is getting back in business with R&B singer Keyshia Cole.

Cole, who starred in the cable network's Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is from 2006-08, will return for Keyshia Cole: Family First (working title) to premiere this fall. The six-episode series will allow viewers to see the singer at her most vulnerable.

Family First will be executive produced by James DuBose of DuBose Entertainment, along with Cole, Gibson and Michele Barnwell.

Cole's debut album, 2005's The Way It Is, went platinum. She has since released three studio albums and starred as herself in the 2007 feature How She Move.
