'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' Recap: Baby Fever
Kourtney gives birth, Khloe opens up about her fertility issues, and Kim decides to freeze her eggs in the E! reality series' season 7 finale.
Oh, baby!
Sunday night's season seven finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians was all about babies -- trying to conceive, preparing to conceive and giving birth.

With Kourtney expecting her second baby with boyfriend Scott Disick, the family throws her a girl-themed shower that included pink cotton candy. Among the attendees are Kim's boyfriend, Kanye West, who was introduced to several members of the extended Kardashian family.
Meanwhile, Khloe opens up about her fertility issues, revealing that her doctor found that she hasn't produced eggs for some time. She now must take medication along with injections to try to start producing eggs again. While talking to her husband, Lamar Odom, she reveals how difficult all of it is for her.
At a charity event, Kim decides to tell mom Kris Jenner about Khloe's issues without Khloe's knowledge. Kris is at first shocked but then relieved that Khloe has an answer for why she is having a hard time getting pregnant.
All the baby talk got Kim to thinking about her own future. She decides to freeze her eggs. To do that, she has to stop taking birth control pills. What will Kanye think?!? Kris points out that the rapper already knows a lot about "rhythm."
Kim also begins hormone treatments in the form of injections, intended to multiply her eggs to prepare for extraction. Kris gives Kim her first shot -- and misses the mark by accidentally stabbing her in the finger.
Later in the episode, Kourtney goes into labor. After bemoaning the fact that when she returns home, her son, Mason will no longer be an only child, Scott tells that's a good thing, pointing to himself -- an only child -- as an example of how they turn out.

Kourney and Scott welcome a baby girl, named Penelope Scotland. As she did with her first child, son Mason, the reality star somehow helps pull the baby out with her own hands.
The Kardashians next return to E! in January with the premiere of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami.
