The Los Angeles Laker and E! reality star was on his way to his cousin's funeral in New York when the crash happened.

Khloe Kardashian's husband, Los Angeles Lakers star Lamar Odom, was involved in an automobile accident while on his way to his cousin's funeral in New York, according to published reports.

Odom was not driving the vehicle and wasn't hurt, a Kardashian rep told E! News of the accident. He was riding in the backseat, but his wife wasn't in the car at the time.

Odom's driver apparently collided with a motorcyclist, who was seriously injured along with a teenage pedestrian. They are being treated for injuries at a Queens hospital.

Odom joined the Lakers in 2004 after playing for the Miami Heat and Los Angeles Clippers.

He and his wife married in 2009, with the ceremony featured on E! Entertainment's Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

The couple also co-starred in spinoff show Khloe & Lamar, which debuted in April.

Kardashian, meanwhile, co-starred on another spinoff for E! Entertainment, Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, and competed on NBC's The Celebrity Apprentice.
