Lifetime to Air 'Secrets of the Royal Nursery' Special

Lifetime is putting the spotlight on the Royal Baby.

The female-skewing cable network on Friday announced it would air Secrets of the Royal Nursery, an hourlong special featuring interviews with friends and family of Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge.

Set for Thursday, Dec. 13 at 10 p.m.,  immediately following Project Runway All-Stars, the special is the first dedicated to Catherine's pregnancy to air in the U.S. and will go behind-the-scenes of the monarchy, revealing wat the Duke nd Duchess of Cambridge should expect in the coming months before the arrival of what many are dubbing the world's most famous celebrity baby.

Spun Gold TV will produce the special for Lifetime.

"Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting a baby," Clarence House said in a statement Monday.
