Nancy Grace fell victim to a classic wardrobe malfunction on Monday, Sept. 26 after performing with her partner, Tristan MacManus. As Grace turned to face the judges, the cameras quickly cut away, while host Tom Bergeron stepped in to help adjust her top. As the camera readjusted, Grace could be seen hiding her face in embarrassment.

“On the European version that would be perfectly fine,” joked Bergeron.
