Jennifer Lopez's Possible Wardrobe Malfunction Tops TiVo's Most-Watched Oscar Moments
Find out what else grabbed the DVR company's users' attention during Sunday's Academy Awards.
Maybe, this can be attributed to viewers’ curiosity over Jennifer Lopez’s supposed wardrobe malfunction during Sunday’s Oscar awards presentation. It was the most-watched and re-watched moment among TiVo users.

The American Idol judge co-presented the award for (ironically) costume design alongside actress Cameron Diaz. While Lopez was describing just how tight or loose a woman’s costume should be made, many viewers believed they saw her low-cut top reveal some of the actress’s nipple or was it just a bit of areola?
When the cameras returned to the presenting duo, their backs were facing the camera making it seem to viewers as if the malfunction did happen. And according to TiVo’s stats, viewers watched the scene over and over again to possibly determine if the “nip-slip” did occur.
Later Sunday night, Lopez’s stylist denied the malfunction happened. She said Lopez was wearing a custom-designed gown from designer Zuhair Murad that fit her curvaceous body to the tee. Regardless, many viewers say that the top did slip at least a little and several news programs blurred the possibly offending area during reports of the night.

What other moments from the show did TiVo’s users view the most? Take a look at the rest of the top five-ranking Oscar moments below.
2. Robert Downey, Jr. and Gwyneth Paltrow presenting the award for Best Documentary with Downey's documentary crew filming it. The star even emulated documentary subject, NFL player Tim Tebow, by kneeling down and praying before hitting the stage.
3. Meryl Streep wins the Best Actress Award – only her third Oscar win since 1982’s Sophie’s Choice and a total of 17 nominations. Viewers must have really wanted to celebrate the much-deserved accomplishment with the actress.

4. Octavia Spencer receiving the award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role. Though a highly expected win for her strong performance as strong-willed maid Minny Jackson in The Help, it seemed viewers wanted to share the occasion with her over and over again.
5. Tom Cruise announces The Artist as Best Picture. It doesn’t hurt to have some sex appeal that keeps viewers coming back for more. Many Twitter users remarked that the 49-year-old actor was looking pretty good... Oh, yeah, and I’m sure The Artist’s big win had something to do with this moment hitting No. 5 on the list.
