'Over/Under': Caroline Dhavernas Joins USA Pilot

Caroline Dhavernas, whose ABC drama Off the Map was canceled last month, has a new gig.

The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that Dhavernas, who played a doctor in the ABC jungle-set medical drama, will play a professional photographer who specializes in nude photos in the USA pilot Over/Under.

From Fox TV Studios and Universal Cable Productions, the project revolves around Paul (Steven Pasquale), a day trader whose gambling problem costs him his job and forces him to move, with his wife (Dhavernas) from Manhattan to Brooklyn. After relocating, he meets father-to-be Marino (Anthony Carrigan) and the duo become high-end bookies.

Dhavernas, who played Jaye Tyler in the cult favorite series Wonderfalls, returned to regular series TV work last year after focusing on features following the series’ cancellation. She is repped by Gersh.
