The girls made a surprising new friend on Pretty Little Liars' fiery season-six premiere.

Tuesday's episode picked up where the ABC Family drama left off in March, with the Liars and Mona (Janel Parrish) trapped in Charles' bunker, and Alison's (Sasha Pieterse) murder conviction having been overturned.

Here are the five biggest moments from the thrilling episode.

5. Three bad weeks

Luckily, they weren't missing any kidneys. But when the four Liars awoke in the dollhouse after their previous attempt to escape, they were drugged and then subjected to three weeks of torture before learning that the real Ali would be joining them. Meanwhile, their families believed they had been killed, and Andrew Campbell (Brandon W. Jones) was named the prime suspect.

4. Mona enjoyed some quiet time

Mona was on her own horrible path, as she was taken away by someone in a gas mask and separated from the rest of the girls. Charles kept her trapped in a hole, where she appeared to be going a little crazy.

3. Ali went for a ride

The police tried to use Ali as bait to lure Andrew to them, but Ali wasn't having it, so she fled through the woods and met up with Ezra (Ian Harding) and Caleb (Tyler Blackburn). The car's GPS took her to Tyler State Park, where a greeting card in the trunk offered threatening instructions.

2. Things were heating up

After Aria found a note written on a closet wall that read, "He's trying to kill me. – M." Spencer secretly told the group that Charles is a DiLaurentis and then hatched a scheme to flee. After they found a secret room with the home videos of twin boys with Mrs. DiLaurentis (Andrea Parker), the girls torched the place and somehow made it out alive.

1. Sara, meet the Liars

Finally, the girls were safely reunited. Emily (Shay Mitchell) and Alison held hands, with Em asking Ali if she knows who Charles is. The rescue workers found one more person in the compound, who turned out to be (gasp!) Sara Harvey (Dre Davis), who disappeared around when Ali initially did. Looks like Sara isn't dead after all.

What happened during those torturous three weeks? Do you think Andrew is Charles? Do you have a sudden urge to play with an Etch-a-Sketch? Let us know in the comments!
