'Psych': William Shatner to Guest Star

TV veteran William Shatner has booked a role on USA’s veteran comedy Psych.

The actor, whose $#*! My Dad Says was canceled by CBS, will play Frank O’Hara, the estranged father of Detective Juliet O’Hara (Maggie Lawson), a charming con man who wants to mend his broken relationship with his daughter, in the upcoming sixth season.

Though no official launch date has been set, Psych will return some time this fall.
