The changes for ABC's Quantico continue.

After scoring an eleventh-hour renewal for an abbreviated third season — with a new showrunner — an original series regular has announced her departure from the FBI drama.

Yasmine Al Massri, who has played twins Nimah and Raina on the Pryanka Chopra starrer, revealed earlier this week on social media that she would not be returning for the forthcoming third season of the little-watched drama.

"Thank u for your love and support from all around the world that made Nima and Reina one of the fans favorite characters on #quantico#quanticoabc #nimareina #twins .. time to say good bye," the actress wrote on Instagram.

Al Massri joins showrunner and series creator Josh Safran on Quantico's list of dearly departed as ABC is currently searching for a new showrunner for its shortened 13-episode third season.

Quantico has undergone a number of creative changes in its brief two-season run. The series, which notched a string of series lows in season two, shifted to focus on politics (and President Donald Trump) in its second season in an attempt to broaden its viewership base. The drama remains a decent DVR performer and, thanks to star Chopra's international appeal as well as a lucrative Netflix streaming deal, it scored a surprise third-season pickup. Quantico was also one of a number of ABC series to have its license fees cut as broadcast networks look to refine the financial model in an era of fierce competition and dwindling viewership.

Safran, meanwhile, will remain on board as a consultant. Quantico is expected to return midseason on ABC; a premiere date has not yet been determined.
