Radio Disney Kicks Off 'N.B.T.' Season 4 With Free Concert (Photos)

Series alum Allstar Weekend took the stage at Hollywood & Highland on Saturday to celebrate the show's newest artists.

Radio Disney kicked off season four of their hit competition series N.B.T. (Next BIG Thing) with the first ever N.B.T. concert series in Los Angeles.

Enlisting the help of season one victors and Hollywood Records recording artists, Allstar Weekend, Radio Disney took over Hollywood & Highland on Saturday, Oct. 15 for some live entertainment from the latest series contestants. Among the performers were Tay Barton, a 16-year-old country singer from Salt Lake City, Utah; Zack Montana, a 13-year-old pop singer from Los Angeles, California; Ladina Spence, a 16-year-old pop singer from Germany; Hollywood Ending, a pop/rock band consisting of five 16-18-year-olds from the east coast and UK; and Shealeigh, a 13-year-old pop singer from Chicago, Illinois.

With nearly 4,000 people in attendance, the fete was hosted by Jake Whetter of Radio Disney and featured appearances by Shake It Up stars Bella Thorne and Zendaya. Also on hand were Radio Disney execs Ray de la Garza (vice president, programming), Kelly Edwards (executive director, music & programming) and Sean Cocchia (general manager, senior vice president) – pictured below with the contestants.

N.B.T. season 4 made its multiplatform debut on Radio Disney and the Disney Channel Sunday, Oct. 16 during Make Your Mark: Shake It Up Edition, pulling in 4 million viewers. Over the course of 10 weeks, audience members will be invited to vote for their favorite artist via RadioDisney.com and the Radio Disney Facebook page. The winner will have their single released by Disney Music Group.
