'Royal Pains': Hank Meets His Match in Paulo Costanzo's Directorial Debut (Exclusive Video)

Royal Pains star Paulo Costanzo is taking a page out of Mark Feuerstein's book by stepping behind the camera.
In an exclusive clip to The Hollywood Reporter from Wednesday's episode, concierge doctor Hank (Feuerstein) gets closer to a local pediatrian, Harper (Kat Foster).
To keep the conversation going, Costanzo will be chatting live with fans on USA Network's Character Chatter platform at 9 p.m.
The episode has a lot more going on than the romantic entanglements of the Hamptons' favorite doc. A famous pop star (Patti Murin) drops by in preparation for her new world tour, forcing HankMed to remain on call in order to treat for more than just exhaustion. At the same time, Evan (Costanzo) and Paige (Brooke D'Orsay) prepare to go away to school, while Divya (Reshma Shetty) becomes distracted when she meets a polo player (Khotan).
