Sarah Chalke to Star in ABC Pilot 'How to Live With Your Parents for the Rest of Your Life'
Chalke will play Polly, a recently divorced single mom who moves in with her eccentric parents, Elaine and Max, a couple who knows no boundaries.
Former Scrubs star Sarah Chalke has nabbed the lead in the ABC comedy pilot How to Live With Your Parents for the Rest of Your Life.
Parents, a single-camera comedy, hails from Accidentally on Purpose creator Claudia Lonow and is loosely based on her own life.
From Imagine Television in association with 20th Television, Parents will be written by Lonow, who executive produce with Imagine's Brian Grazer and Francie Calfo as nonwriting EPs. Chalke will play Polly, a recently divorced single mom who moves in with her eccentric parents, Elaine and Max, a couple who knows no boundaries.
Chalke, who spent nine seasons on Scrubs, most recently starred on the short-lived CBS sitcom Mad Love.
She is repped by UTA and manager John Carrabino.
