The star of CBS' How I Met Your Mother (and the upcoming Muppets movie) will lead the late-night NBC show for the first time ever this weekend. It should be a good one too, with musical guest Florence and the Machine performing in between sketches. But will Segel's Muppet friends make surprise appearances?

In the promos below, Segel and Bayer (aka Miley Cyrus) do everything from flirt, joke about how simple How I Met Your Mother could be and try to get over the shock of being on SNL.
