Saturday Night Live has set its endgame for season 40, with the show announcing its final hosts and musical guests for the season.

Reese Witherspoon will welcome Florence and the Machine on May 9, and Louis C.K. will return May 16 with Rihanna for the season finale. Scarlett Johansson previously was announced to host on May 2, and she will be joined by musical guest Wiz Khalifa.

Witherspoon has hosted just once before, back in 2001. C.K. has become an SNL staple, with this marking the third consecutive season he's been tapped to host.

C.K. recently opened up about getting passed over as a potential castmember for SNL in 1993 — and why it was a good thing.

"I'm so glad I didn't get cast on SNL. I'm way better off because I host it now," he told The Hollywood Reporter. "That's a million times cooler and more fun because to be a castmember there or a featured player or writer is a perilous, difficult, grueling office job — like the worst kind of office job, a 12-hour-a-day job with no end in sight. As a host, you have dinner with the cast, and you hang out with Lorne. You get the best of that guy, and he's a great New York institution. As a host, you get to just sit next to him and watch him do a thing that very few people do anymore. Spending a week there is one of my favorite things I get to do."

Saturday Night Live airs Saturdays at 11:30 p.m. on NBC.
