'Chicago Fire' Actor Boards 'Secrets and Lies' Season 2 (Exclusive)
ABC's Secrets and Lies is adding another recurring player.
Chicago Fire's Edwin Hodge has booked a role on the sophomore season of the anthology drama, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
Season two of the ABC drama sees Juliette Lewis return to reprise her role as Detective Andrea Cornell, who takes on a new case involving Eric Warner (The Following's Michael Ealy) and the investigation into his wife's murder.
Hodge will portray Dr. Greg Young, a charming man who is married to defense attorney Amanda Warner (Mekia Cox). He’s been part of the close-knit Warner clan for several years. He’s strong, smart and compassionate, but as a busy surgeon he’s frequently not around, as the OR requires his constant attendance.
He joins a cast that includes series newbies Terry O'Quinn, Jordana Brewster, Charlie Barnett and Kenny Johnson.
Hodge will next reprise his role as The Stranger in The Purge 3, due in the fall. His credits include Red Dawn, Take Me Home Tonight and All the Boys Love Mandy Lane. He's repped by Pakula/King & Associates and The Priluck Company.
Secrets and Lies returns midseason on ABC. A specific date has not yet been announced.
