UPDATED: After offering the series premiere of freshman series "Homeland" and "House of Lies" early online, the premium cable network is following suit by streaming the three returning series' season premieres nearly two weeks before their official bows.

TCA: 'The Borgias' EP Sees Series Spanning Four Seasons

The premium cable network on Monday announced it is offering early previews for returning efforts The Big C, Nurse Jackie and The Borgias, nearly two weeks before the series are slated to return.

The effort marks the latest early sampling for returning shows (The Tudors was the last to get the early push) and continues the network's history of offering early looks at its original scripted programming and comes after the premium cable net offered previews of both of its freshman series House of Lies and Homeland.

In addition to streaming on YouTube, the premieres are also available on Showtime Anytime, iTunes as well as its mobile application for iPhone, iPod Touch and Android smartphones and tablets.

Season 2 of Neil Jordan's Jeremy Irons period drama The Borgias, Season 3 of its Laura Linney cancer dramedy and Season 4 of its Edie Falco drug addiction dramedy are slated to premiere on Sunday, April 8 on Showtime.
