'SNL' Uncovers More Mitt Romney 'Hidden Footage' (Video)
The NBC show returned to primetime Thursday and revealed the Republican presidential candidate's "47 percent" gaffe was just the tip of the iceberg.
Is this what Mitt Romney meant when he said appearing on Saturday Night Live had the potential of looking “not presidential?”
The NBC show returned to primetime Thursday in the first of two election season specials, and the cold open mocked the Republican presidential nominee for a real-life hidden tape in which he said 47 percent of Americans don’t pay taxes.

In the SNL sketch, the folks at Fox & Friends can’t understand why people are so upset about that footage. The fawning hosts proceed to show a series of increasingly more offensive hidden camera snippets featuring Romney (played by Jason Sudeikis). In one, Romney eats at a McDonalds to show he's a regular guy, but spits out his food after one bite.
“I’d complain to the chef, but let me guess: No hablas ingles, am I right?”
Next, Romney and his wife, Ann, are caught in Discovery Channel’s Cash Cab, where Romney is challenged to complete this line: “At the hotel California, you can check in, but you can never—“
“Trust the staff with your valuables,” Romney answers. “It’s especially true in California, A.K.A., ‘North Mexico.’ And if you don’t mind, can you wire my winnings to the Cayman Islands?”

Finally, Fox & Friends airs footage of Romney singing in the shower, and the lyrics are not exactly politically correct: “Poor people hate having jobs. The only thing the poor hate more than condoms is waking up and going to a job.”
That one, even the Fox News hosts had to admit was over the line.
SNL is back Saturday with host Joseph Gordon-Levitt and musical guest Mumford & Sons.
