Super Bowl 2012: Madonna's Halftime Performance (Video)
The undisputed Queen of Pop put on an elaborate stage show with backup from Nicki Minaj, M.I.A., Cee Lo Green and LMFAO.
Madonna's much-hyped Super Bowl halftime show: slickly produced, star-studded and devoid of any outrageous wardrobe malfunctions.

The pop diva put on a safe, FCC-pleasing performance in Indianapolis, marking her debut on football's most-watched television event. Madonna being Madonna, she entered the stage in a golden chariot pulled by an army of Greek warriors.

The singer began the show with "Vogue," sporting a black minidress, gold headdress and tall black boots, leading a dance routine to her '80s classic. Next up was her 2000 hit "Music," wherein she writhed around — and tripped — on some bleachers as the goofballs from the electro-pop group LMFAO deejayed in the backgound. At one point, Her Madgesty got up on frontman RedFoo's shoulders before jumping off and leading a rendition of their song "Sexy and I Know It."
"I'm sexy and I know it," she cooed.
Cue the next number: "Give Me All Your Luvin'," the latest single from Madonna's new album MDNA, which drops March 26. (It's her first for Interscope and went to No. 1 on iTunes in 35 countries the day it became available for pre-order.)

"Give Me All Your Luvin' " features rap cameos from Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., and lo and behold, they showed up for Sunday's show in sexy cheerleader garb, repeating in unison: "Madonna! Madonna!"
Cee Lo Green — a judge on the popular NBC singing contest The Voice, which premiered its second season after the game — also happened to swing by, lending his soulful vocals to another Madonna standard, "Like a Prayer."
By that time, she had changed into a long black gown to join Green and a choir for the gospel-tinged song, an audience favorite.

Then — just like a mystery! — she disappeared underground in a plume of smoke, with the camera panning to the words "World Peace" scrawled in gold on the field.
