'Survivor: Philippines': Jeff Probst Reveals 3 Returning Castaways
The host tweeted that Michael Skupin, Jonathan Penner and Russell Swan will be back to compete for the $1 million prize.
Survivor's three returning castaways are no longer a mystery.
Host/executive producer Jeff Probst revealed the trio of competitors -- all of whom were medically evacuated on previous seasons -- who will take another shot at winning $1 million on the CBS reality show's upcoming 25th season, dubbed Survivor: Philippines.

"@LisaWhelchel, Jeff Kent, Skupin, Russell Swan & Penner - plus awesome newbies! Who knows maybe we'll birth some new 'all-stars!'" he tweeted.
Probst is referring to Michael Skupin, Russell Swan and Jonathan Penner. Skupin fell into a campfire and burned his hands on Survivor: The Australian Outback, the show's second season.
Swan became unconscious as a result of dehydration during a challenge on Survivor: Samoa, the show's 19th season.

Penner originally competed on Survivor: Cook Islands, season 13, but returned three seasons later for Survivor: Micronesia -- Fans vs. Favorites, during which his knee became infected.
The new Survivor contestants were announced Monday. They include former Facts of Life star Whelchel, former Major League Baseball star Kent and two beauty pageant queens: former Miss Delaware Katie Hanson and former Miss Utah Teen Angie Layton.
