The series debut will serve as a lead-in to Syfy's Being Human at 9 p.m. and Lost Girl at 10 p.m.
Continuum is executive produced by Simon Barry, Jeff King, Tom Rowe, Pat Williams and Reunion Pictures. Barry serves as a writer, with Jon Cassar as director. Erik Knudsen and Victor Webster co-star.
Syfy has also acquired the U.S. home entertainment rights, with Universal Studios Home Entertainment handling DVD distribution. A DVD release is being eyed for after Syfy airs the season finale.
