'Tia & Tamera' Season 2 Return Followed by New Series 'Chicagolicious' (Video)
Style's highest rated series returns June 11 at 8 p.m. ahead of its new "Jerseylicious" spinoff debuting at 9 p.m.
Style is probably hoping that its highest rated series, Tia & Tamera, will give its new Jerseylicious spinoff a welcoming boost on June 11. The network has placed the twins' reality series return at 8 p.m., which leads into Chicagolicious at 9 p.m.
On season two, fans will watch the former Sister Sister stars continue balancing career and family, plus the usual alternation between sisterly bonding and catfighting. But, viewers will also probably search the season for any clues as to why Tia Mowry-Hardrict decided to leave BET’s The Game -- not that the series needed the extra controversy as it does pretty well without it.
Its first season finale attracted 775,000 viewers at 9 p.m. outperforming its premiere across all key demographics and becoming the network's most-watched.
Chicagolicious follows AJ Johnson, the owner of AJ’s of Chicago, and his staff of hair stylists and makeup artists. Although the salon’s clients already include Jennifer Hudson, Angela Bassett and Iman, AJ wants to expand the business nationally with more elite clientele.
