They captioned footage of her video for her hit "You Know I'm No Good" as "You Know I'm Dead."

The show apologized and posted an article on its site about the error, but then took that down, TV Newser reports.
Winehouse was found dead Saturday in her home in North London. A private ceremony was held Tuesday, and she was cremated after.
