Tonight's TV Picks: 'Project Runway' Season Premiere, 'Duets' Finale

The Emmy-nominated fashion competition kicks off its 10th season tonight.
Tonight is a big night for the fashion-obsessed with the return of Project Runway and 2 1/2 hours of premiere night goodness.
NBC: 10 p.m. Rock Center
Peter Alexander interviews Mitt Romney's five sons.
FX: 9:30 p.m. Anger Management, 10 p.m. Wilfred, 10:30 p.m. Louie, 11 p.m. Brand X with Russell Brand.
Denise Richards, aka one of the former Mrs. Sheens, guests in tonight's episode of Anger Management.
Wilfred and Ryan deal with a traumatic occurence on Wilfred.
