After the episode aired, a trailer teasing what's coming up on HBO's vampire drama was shown. And what a juicy collection of storylines this season will present. There's threats from the vampire government, threats from really old vampires, threats from really new vampires and an angry group of werewolves, just to name a few.

The first part of the clip focuses on Tara (Rutina Wesley), who is now a vampire. It looks like she’ll have a bit of trouble adjusting to being one of the bloodsuckers in town.
Fans also got a better look at Christopher Meloni, who will play Vampire Authority leader Roman. The 500-year old vampire is on a mission to get vampires to co-exist with humans, and he’ll take out anyone who stands in his way. He also seems to hold the fate of Bill (Stephen Moyer) and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) in his hands.
Other storylines this season include Alcide’s (Joe Manganiello) battle with the werewolf pack, the return of Russell Edgington (Denis O'Hare) and a nasty fight between Pam (Kristin Bauer van Straten) and Sookie (Anna Paquin).
STORY: 'True Blood': 5 Key Moments From the Season 5 Premiere
Speaking of fights, it looks like Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis) has some harsh words for Sookie during one of the upcoming episodes. And, really, his statement pretty much sums up the overall theme of True Blood and what looks like is going to be a very violent season 5.
“Oh yeah baby, you survive, you always do,” Lafayette says to Sookie. “But goddamn do you leave a trail of bodies behind you.”
