With only one more week until the premiere of season six of True Blood, a new trailer has debuted.

The video emphasizes the many major conflicts facing the residents on Bon Temps on HBO's vampire drama.

The biggest challenge of all seems to be change.

"The world is changing," says Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgard). "We have to change with it."

That's probably not very easy for a 1,000-year-old vampire.

The changes seem to include growing tension between humans and vampires, and big issues between Sookie (Anna Paquin) and her former flame/scary reborn vampire (Stephen Moyer).

"I play by a different set of rules now," says Bill to his former human love.

Season five ended with Bill drinking the blood of the first vampire, Lilith, and melting into a pile of goop, and then rising from that pile into a blood-covered version of himself. It looks like we'll find out soon what exactly that means for Sookie and the others.

Season six of True Blood premieres on Sunday, June 16, at 9 p.m. on HBO.
