TV Ratings: ABC's 'The Quest' Finds a Small Premiere
The new reality series comes out of the gate with just a 0.7 rating in the key demo, while a steady "Big Brother" tops the night.
ABC's Thursday 8 p.m. slot strikes again. The hour brought an especially soft opening for new reality series The Quest, which premiered to just a 0.7 rating and 2.8 million viewers. That's almost half of last summer's best comparison on ABC: Sunday night's Whodunnit?
Lead-outs Rookie Blue and NY Med, both of which averaged a 0.9 rating in the key demo, were even with last week.
CBS topped the night with Big Brother. The latest episode averaged an even 2.1 rating with adults under 50.
NBC comedies Welcome to Sweden (0.7 adults), Working the Engels (0.6 adults) and Last Comic Standing (1.1 adults) were all also even.
Without Hell's Kitchen on Fox, Gang Related (0.7 adults) was alone but steady.
