Both Grey's Anatomy (2.6 adults) and Scandal (2.8 adults) took big hits after last week's lofty returns, falling a respective five- and six-tenths of a point. At 8 p.m., a steady Once Upon a Time in Wonderland (0.8 adults) made a lackluster return to ABC. The network averaged a 2.1 rating with adults 18-49 and 6.6 million viewers.

Over at Fox, American Idol (2.2 adults) logged another low before its move to 9 p.m. The show was off a tenth of a point from last week. Rake's (0.8 adults) final Thursday showing held last week's score, giving Fox a 1.5 rating in the demo and 6.65 million viewers.

Like Fox, NBC saw little movement from last Thursday. Community (1.0 adults) held last week's low, while Parks and Recreation (1.2 adults) improved a tenth. Hollywood Game Night (1.1 adults) shed a tenth of a point from its time slot opener, and Parenthood (1.2 adults) grew by a tenth of a point. The network had a 1.1 rating with adults 18-49 and 3.3 million viewers.

A boosted Vampire Diaries lead-in (1.0 adults) saw ratings improve for Reign. Averaging a 0.7 rating among adults 18-49, the drama was up two-tenths of a point. The CW averaged a 0.8 rating among adults 18-49 and 1.97 million.
