TV Ratings: 'Once Upon a Time' and 'Cosmos' Both Fall
A night of many losses sees the ABC drama match a series low and Fox's event series drop to a new low.
With 12 minutes of Masters tournament overrun bleeding into CBS' primetime, the network's Sunday scores are up for adjustment -- but as it stands, CBS topped the night in both the key demo (1.7 rating adults 18-49) and total viewers (9.7 million).
60 Minutes was the only broadcast to see any lifts, up half a point to a 1.8 rating with adults 18-49. Both Amazing Race (1.7 adults) and The Good Wife (1.5 adults) shed three-tenths of a point, while The Mentalist (1.5 adults) -- still one of CBS' lone series not to be renewed -- held even with last week.
On ABC, which placed a close second in the demo with a 1.6 rating, America's Funniest Home Videos (1.2 adults) was down by two-tenths of a point. Once Upon a Time (1.9) took a steep half-of-a-point hit to tie a series low, while Resurrection (2.0 adults) shed two-tenths. Revenge (1.3 adults) held even.
Bob's Burgers (0.8 adults) and American Dad (1.1 adults) each came within a tenth of a point of their last episodes on Fox, while The Simpsons (1.6 adults) fell three-tenths. Family Guy (2.1 adults) was down by two-tenths, and Cosmos (1.2 adults) pulled a series low, off three-tenths. Fox took a 1.3 rating and 3.2 million viewers over the course of the night.
After a new Dateline (0.8 adults), both American Dream Builders (0.7 adults) and Believe (1.0 adults) were even on NBC. Crisis (1.1 adults) inched up a tenth of a point to give NBC an average 0.9 adults rating and 3.96 million viewers.
