TV Ratings: 'Scandal' Drops to Season Low, 'Millers' Gets 'Big' Boost
ABC's "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland" wraps up on a down note.

The Big Bang Theory (17.4 million viewers, 4.8 rating in adults 18-49) continued its dominance for the evening as the night's most watched and highest-rated program across broadcast, though slipping slightly to match a season low. Big Bang Theory helped boost The Millers (11.3 million, 2.9), already renewed for a sophomore season, a dramatic 21 percent in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demo. Two and a Half Men (9.4 million, 2.5) and The Crazy Ones (6.5 million, 1.8) both saw small jumps as well, while lead-out Elementary dipped 6 percent. CBS was first among viewers (10 million) and in adults 18-49 (2.5) in primetime.
If ABC was hoping for an improvement in viewership for the series finale of Once Upon a Time in Wonderland (3.2 million, 0.9), that simply wasn't the case. The Once Upon a Time spinoff, originally meant to serve as a bridge between the mothership's half-seasons, failed to make a dent for its final hour, dropping 10 percent from its penultimate episode. Grey's Anatomy (8 million, 2.6) was steady, while Scandal (8.8 million, 2.8) matched a low. ABC placed second on the evening, averaging 6.7 million viewers and a 2.1 rating.
Fox's lineup was down across the board, though the network indicates that some of its programs were preempted in several markets during the 9 p.m. hour due to local weather coverage. In any case, Hell's Kitchen (4.9 million, 1.7), American Idol (7.7 million, 1.8) and Surviving Jack (4.5 million, 1.2) all had down notes, according to preliminary numbers. Fox placed third on the evening with 5.5 million and a 1.6 average.
NBC's Community (2.6 million, 0.9) hit a series low, down 18 percent from its last original in late March. Parks and Recreation (2.7 million, 1.1) had the same fate, slipping 8 percent. Hollywood Game Night (3.1 million, 1.1) was the only bright spot in NBC's Thursday lineup, improving double digits in its hiatus return. Parenthood dropped to 3.7 million and a 1.2. NBC was a distant fourth, averaging 3.2 million and a 1.1.
The CW, averaging 866,000 viewers and a 0.3, aired reruns of The Vampire Diaries and Reign.
