Will Alicia Florrick (Julianna Margulies) run for state's attorney?

A new teaser for The Good Wife season six picks up right where the finale left off, with Alicia considering Eli Gold's (Alan Cumming) offer to run for office. No matter which way she goes, however, Alicia is in for big changes and a whole lot more pressure.

"I'm never saying yes," Alicia tells Eli, who reveals that she has a stronger chance of winning than she may think. "You could win," he says, in hopes of swaying her.

The 60-second spot also sees Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) pitching Alicia on a merge, making Florrick, Agos & Lockhart "the biggest firm in the country." But there may be internal trouble: Alicia's partner, Cary Agos (Matt Czuchry), is less than thrilled that he's nowhere near the decision-making conversations.

Other highlights include Finn Polmar (Matthew Goode) and Alicia getting close, Kalinda (Archie Panjabi) threatened over an investigation, a Kalinda and Sophia (Kelli Giddish) kiss and a heated confrontation between Alicia and Peter (Chris Noth). Plus, brief glimpses of Michael J. Fox and new addition Taye Diggs.

The Good Wife returns at 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 21, on CBS.
