James Franco Gets Heated During '5-Second Summaries' on 'Tonight Show' (Video)
"Bachelorette" Andi Dorfman and her fiance make their first appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" while Seth Meyers has some fun with "new" "Game of Thrones" characters.
James Franco dropped by The Tonight Show to brush up on his movie knowledge — and things got heated.
In the new game "5-Second Summaries," Franco and Jimmy Fallon had only five seconds (or less) to explain the plot of any given film. Even before they began, Franco was noticeably — albeit jokingly — upset. It proved to be a much tougher game than the two had envisioned, with them struggling to sufficiently describe American Pie, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants and even Franco's very own feature film, Pineapple Express.
When Franco is forced to explain Cast Away's plot in one second, he yells out "Wilson!", and Fallon gets impressively close to identifying the right Tom Hanks film. (In the previous segment, Franco taught Fallon how not to take selfies.)
Over on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Bachelorette's Andi Dorfman and her man, Josh Murray, made their first late-night appearance together following Monday's finale and Jimmy Kimmel correctly predicted the winner of the season.
Guardians of the Galaxy star John C. Reilly may be starring in Marvel's latest big-budget superhero feature, but when he appeared on the Late Show With David Letterman, the thespian admitted to his love of Renaissance Faires — complete with a photo to prove it. Reilly (who played Dungeons & Dragons) and his friend got so into it that they pretended to be employees of a Ren Faire.
Three days after Game of Thrones announced new castings for the fifth season at Comic-Con, Seth Meyers had some fun on Late Night introducing a few new characters you may not have heard of.
