Warren Littlefield is putting down roots at Fox 21 TV Studios.

The Fargo executive producer and former NBC Entertainment president has inked a two-year first-look deal with Fox 21 TV Studios, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Under the pact, Littlefield and his Littlefield Co. banner will develop projects in cable and all distribution platforms. He moves to the studio from Legendary TV. Littlefield currently exec produces FX's Fargo as well as Hulu's upcoming take on The Handmaid's Tale.

"In our minds, Warren’s work on Fargo and The Handsmaid’s Tale is as inspired as any producer’s out there," Fox 21 president Bert Salke said Wednesday in a statement. "Between his incredible experience and his phenomenal taste in material and talent, he and his company are exactly the creative partners we look for at Fox 21. We’re thrilled to be working with him.”

Littlefield has garnered multiple Producers Guild Awards as well as an Emmy for his work on Noah Hawley's FX anthology Fargo. Season three of the drama is in production ahead of its spring debut. The former NBC Entertainment president oversaw hits including Seinfeld, Friends, Frasier, Will & Grace, Mad About You, ER and more. He is repped by WME and attorney Tom Hoberman.

"I’m excited to walk down the aisle with Bert Salke and Andy Bourne," said Littlefield. "I love watching and have great respect for the content that bears the Fox 21 name. This feels like a very good fit with what we do at the Littlefield Co. Joining me are Ann Johnson, Graham Littlefield and Patty Mann.”
