It all looked like smooth sailing for Team Targaryen — until they hit the iceberg known as Euron Greyjoy.

Riding in on his massive warship Silence, and taking a cue from his vessel's name, Pilou Asbæk's vicious Euron silenced his critics (as well as several characters) over the course of "Stormborn," the brutal second episode of Game of Thrones season seven. What was already a dense episode became all the more action-packed thanks to the Greyjoy civil war, which was anything but civil, as Euron brought his axe to bear upon two out of three Sand Snakes, and captured his niece Yara (Gemma Whelan) for good measure. Oh, and he ignited a post-traumatic relapse for his nephew Theon (Alfie Allen), too. All in a day's work for the biggest monster Thrones currently has to offer, the Night King and his White Walkers notwithstanding.

This week, The Hollywood Reporter spoke with Asbæk and Whelan about their central roles in the big naval battle that ended "Stormborn," as well as a few of the show's other cast members about their respective roles in the episode. Find all of those interviews in the links below, in addition to our news coverage and deep dive analysis of the latest episode of Thrones.
