Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar learned of their miscarriage at a routine check-up last week; the girl would have been the TLC stars' 20th child.
19 Kids and Counting stars Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have given their unborn child a name and set a memorial service following Michelle's miscarriage last week.
The family, who stars in TLC's reality show, said Monday that the girl has been named Jubilee Shalom Duggar. She would have been the couple's 20th child.

The Duggars have planned a memorial service for Wednesday. A private service for family and friends was held Sunday at the Duggars' home.
Michelle, who was in her second trimester, reportedly was expecting to find out the sex of their baby at an appointment Thursday but was instead given the heartbreaking news.

“After the appointment, we came back home and told the children,” the 45-year-old mother said. “We had just been talking about baby names last night and they were getting excited about naming a boy or a girl. It has been a real sad disappointment.”
The Duggars chose to let the miscarriage occur naturally. According to People, it happened late Sunday night. Afterward, Michelle began to feel lightheaded and was taken to the hospital; she is expected to be released Monday night.

Michelle’s last pregnancy, with 2-year-old daughter Josie, was marred with complications, including gall bladder problems and preeclampsia, giving birth to the infant three months prematurely. This is the second miscarriage for the couple, who previously lost a child during Michelle’s second pregnancy. At the time, Michelle had been using oral contraceptives and sources the situation as the reason behind leaving the number of children that they have “up to God.”
The family appeared on NBC’s Today Show in November to announce that they were expecting.
