ABC renews 'Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution'
EXCLUSIVE: Picked up for six more eps after Emmy win
On the heels of winning the Emmy for outstanding reality series, ABC has given a second-season order to "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution."
ABC has picked up six new episodes of the show from Ryan Seacrest Productions and Fresh One, which will begin production this winter for a midseason or summer run.
The first season of the show echoed Oliver's original U.K. hit, chronicling his to overhaul a West Virginia school lunch program. For the second season, the show will move to Los Angeles and broaden out, helping people of all ages improve their eating habits in schools, homes, workplaces and even restaurants.
The informative and altruistic series drew critical raves during its midseason run, and averaged 5.5 million viewers and a 2.0 adults 18-49 rating in a tough Friday night time period. Seacrest and Oliver serve as executive producers. ABC's other acclaimed reality bubble show, "Shark Tank," was picked up last month.

This year both top reality Emmy winners were food shows, with "Food Revolution" taking home the outstanding reality series award and Bravo's "Top Chef" winning for best competition series.
