Adam Lambert, Avril Lavigne and Colbie Caillat Join The Hub's 'Majors & Minors'
The reality series will premiere Friday, Sept. 23 on the kids network.
Adam Lambert, Avril Lavigne, Colbie Caillat and Claude Kelly are joining The Hub's latest reality series Majors & Minors.
They will serve as mentors (the "majors") to young talent on the upcoming fall series, premiering Friday, Sept. 23. The singers join previously announced artists Brandy, Leona Lewis, Jordin Sparks, Sean Kingston, Mike Posner and OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder.
Developed by Evan "Kidd" Bogart, who has written songs for Rihanna and Beyonce, and TV producers Timothy Scott Bogart and Gary A. Randall, Majors & Minors is produced for The Hub by Boardwalk Entertainment Group with Sony's RCA/Jive and BMI. The show searches for the most promising young talent in music, with the winner getting a recording deal and a U.S. tour.
The 12 cast members include Austin Crute, 15; Cameron DeFaria, 13; Nia Holloway, 15; Grace Jeanette, 10; Emily Kocontes, 16; Kennedy Noel, 13; Sabrina Lentini, 13; Josh Metzler, 15; Brandon Michael, 11; Hailey Dibiasi, 14; Ashley Nicole Greene, 10; and Michael Woodard, 13.
