Adstream Acquires Deluxe's AdServices Business
The Deluxe unit provided advertising management and delivery to agencies and brands, and the eight-figure acquisition allows Adstream to grow its similar services in the US and Canada.
Adstream — a London-headquartered provider of digital asset management, media delivery and analytics technology — has acquired Deluxe Entertainment Services Group’s AdServices business. It represents an eight-figure deal, according to Gerry Sutton, CEO of Adstream.
The Deluxe unit provided advertising management and delivery to agencies and brands, and the acquisition allows Adstream to grow its similar services in the U.S. and Canada. “This is a significant step that will expand our DAM and delivery business in the North American market and drive our growth globally,” Sutton said. “The expanded company will have a notable advantage in servicing key U.S. and global clients.”
The Deluxe unit has 80 employees in Los Angeles, New York and Dallas. Matthew Ruffi, previously svp, operations for Deluxe AdServices, joins Adstream as COO, North America.
Adstream currently works with over 6,000 global agencies and brands to provide management and delivery services; its Adstream Technology Platform also allows agencies and brands to collaborate, review and store marketing content.
