"The claim of racist remarks is one of the most outrageous things I’ve heard in my life," the actor said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter.

Baldwin's representative also denied the allegations.

The 30 Rock star, who famously tangled with a photographer last year while getting a license for his then-impending marriage to wife Hilaria Thomas, has found himself embroiled in another media maelstrom after clashing with a New York Post photographer on Sunday morning. 

According to the Post, Baldwin allegedly launched a verbal tirade of racially-charged insults against the photographer, who is black,  including the words "coon," "crackhead" and "drug dealer." He was out walking his dogs when reporter Tara Palmeri for the New York tabloid approached him for comment on a lawsuit against Thomas, a yoga instructor, from a former customer.

Palmeri reportedly told police that Baldwin grabbed her by the arm and threatened to choke her to death. Meanwhile, the photographer, G.N. Miller, who's a retired detective, filed a harassment claim against Baldwin, with the latter also filing a claim against Miller.

Baldwin was the first to call the police. Citing the actor's police report, the Post reports he alleged Miller "pushed into him," while Miller accused Baldwin of bumping him on the chest. Baldwin apparently didn't believe that Miller used to be in the NYPD, so Miller revealed his retired-police badge with the actor dismissing it as a "fake," the Post said.

"He was saying some serious racist stuff,” Miller told the paper. "He said some choice words about my mother, and he was telling people in the street that I’m a drug dealer. ... He could have said a lot of other stuff. But he used all of the stereotypes associated with black people."

Baldwin, as mercurial as he is beloved by the fans, has long feuded with the Post. In November, he called the tabloid "morally bankrupt trash" and the "worst newspaper in human history" for a column taking the side of Genevieve Sabourin, the Canadian woman who was arrested last April for allegedly stalking Baldwin.
