"NO, I'm not pregnant! I just ate too much carnival food, that time of the month, hurt my back & couldn't suck my gut in, & need 2 do cardio!" Hannigan tweeted on Sunday, Sept. 4. "And I'm NEVER gonna wear that shirt again!!!"

The 37-year-old welcomed her first child, Satyana, with husband Alexis Denisof in 2009.

The actress has been busy on the set of American Reunion in Atlanta, Georgia, which wrapped in late July. "That's a wrap!!! I had SO MUCH fun!!! I think this one will be the best of the bunch," she wrote at the time.

Hannigan will reprise her role as Michelle Flaherty-Levenstein for the American Pie sequel, set to hit theaters April 6, 2012. She can be seen on the seventh season of CBS' How I Met Your Mother when it returns on Sept. 19. It was revealed during the Season 6 finale that Hannigan's character, Lilly, was pregnant with her first child.
