Amazon Is Doing a Fashion Collaboration
The giant e-retailer is teaming up with London-based designer Osman Yousefzada
While presenting his spring 2015 collection at London Fashion Week on Tuesday, designer Osman Yousefzada announced that he has teamed up with Amazon for a capsule collection. Launching this November, the range will consist of an LBD, a unisex tuxedo jacket, a unisex knit, and a statement necklace, according to Vogue UK.
"Partnering with Amazon Fashion to create this limited-edition capsule collection gives me a great opportunity to bring what I do to a wider audience. The pieces are a fun take on my mainline collection, still nodding to an architectural aesthetic, strong clean lines and an emphasis on cut," said the designer, who has fans in Nicole Richie and Beyonce (remember that game-changing black-and-white jumpsuit she wore to the 2013 Grammys?).
Amazon's previous fashion collaborations have included working with British fashion brand Meadham Kirchoff in 2012 for a range of sweatshirts, and again, in 2013 with a line of patterned scarves.
