'Smash' creator Theresa Rebeck will write and direct the project.

Anjelica Huston, David Morse and Bill Pullman are getting into some Trouble.

The trio will star in the indie comedy-drama from writer-director Theresa Rebeck.

In Trouble, Huston and Pullman will play a feuding brother and sister whose differences entangle the fate of an old friend, played by Morse. Brian d'Arcy James, Jim Parrack and Julia Stiles will also star.

Trouble will act as a mini Smash reunion, as Rebeck created the NBC series that saw Huston as a legendary Broadway producer and d'Arcy James as the onscreen husband of star Debra Messing.

Rachel Dengiz, Jaclyn Bashoff, Rebeck and Julie Buck will produce the film. Huston will executive produce the project along with Ted Blumberg, Washington Square Films' Josh Blum and Robert Halmi Jr. and Jim Reeve of Great Point Media, which is fully financing the project.

WME and ICM Partners are repping the film.

Huston, whose film credits include The Royal Tenenbaums, The Grifters and Prizzi's Honor, will next be lending her voice to the animated feature Arctic Justice: Thunder Squad. Pullman was recently seen in Max Landis' American Ultra and will next reprise his presidential Independence Day role in the sequel, Independence Day: Resurgence.

Huston is repped by WME and Ziffren Brittenham, Pullman by ICM, and Morse by UTA.
