Authentic LA Adds Two Managers
Authentic Talent and Literary Management has made two additions to its West Coast headquarters.
Alissa Feldman is coming to Authentic LA after eight years at Magnolia, while Jason Egenberg makes the transition from agent after spending the past five years at UTA.
At Magnolia, Feldman worked with Joel Kinnaman, Michael Nyqvist and fellow Swedish actors Bill Skarsgard (Anna Karenina) and Fares Fares (Zero Dark Thirty) as well as Australian actress Caitlin Stasey (Reign). At UTA, Egenberg focused on representing young talent including Ashley Tisdale, Kaitlyn Dever and Brenda Song.
"Alissa and Jason are exciting additions to our amazing Los Angeles team," Authentic founder and president Jon Rubinstein said in a statement. "Both are seasoned industry professionals who will add their experience and personalities to our growing bicoastal company. Most importantly, both are upstanding and dynamic individuals who fit perfectly into our team-driven culture. I couldn't ask for better additions as we are committed to building the preeminent talent management company with a focus on vehemently representing our clients and making a positive impact on their careers, their lives and what they stand for on the planet."
Feldman and Egenberg raise the number of managers based in Authentic's year-old Culver City offices to eight, including Anne Woodward (who brought clients such as Brie Larson with her when she was hired in January) and Sean Elliott, formerly of WME, who brought James Marsden and Summer Heights High creator Chris Lilley, among others, when he became an Authentic LA manager last year. Combined with the addition of veterans Meg Mortimer and Jill Kaplan to its Brooklyn headquarters, Authentic is now 18 managers strong.
